It started as a family house. Now it's a house for generations.
Grandma and Grandpa Rynkar found this little corner of Candlewood Lake decades ago, and what started as a quiet retreat somehow became the most beloved address in the family. The cabin hasn't changed much since. Every summer, the Raabs, the Buckleys, and whoever else got added to the family tree find their way back here.
Rynkar's Landing is modest and unpretentious, the way the best lake houses are. But one look at that lake and you'll understand immediately why we'll never let it go.
This site is here to make sure every branch of the family gets their time at the Landing. Browse the calendar, grab your nights in your favorite room, and come ready to do absolutely nothing — or everything, depending on which cousins show up.

Recliner
The throne. Whoever claims it first wins the night — no negotiations, no recounts. Comes with built-in nap insurance and a 73% chance someone will elbow you on the way to the kitchen.

Sleeps three, if "three" means one adult, one kid who kicks, and a dog who wasn't invited but showed up anyway. Spacious by lake house standards. Springs included at no extra charge.

Cozy, intimate, and only slightly judgmental about your life choices. Technically fits two people if neither of them moves until morning. Bring a blanket and low expectations.
